“Chelsea District Library's 2020–23 Strategic Plan included a brand refresh as one of its initiatives. We contracted with D&B Marketing to complete a brand audit and could not be more pleased with the results. Doris and her team did an incredible amount of research and competitive evaluation to identify the areas we excelled and where there is room for improvement.
 
The audit has helped to inform a logo refresh and includes critical and helpful data as we embark on a website redesign in 2024. It will be the go-to document to guide us as we plan marketing goals and communications for the upcoming year.”
